Absolutely no refunds whatsoever. Exchanges only IF the product is defective on our end. If the hair has any form of deficiency, please inform us within 2 business days of receiving the hair via email at shopelysianimport@gmail.com.
If the consumer alters the hair in any possible way, we are sorry, but we will not be able to exchange the hair due to health policies & laws. If we do approve the hair for an exchange, return shipping will be at the consumer's expense. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE EXCHANGES.
